TITLE: Middle School Math Teacher  - Tenure Track

SALARY: In accordance with the KTEA salary guide ($59,080 - $90,535)

BENEFITS: EHP Eligible

LOCATION: Kingwood Township School

ANTICIPATED START DATE: August 2025

• Appropriate New Jersey Teacher Certification, or Provisional Teacher Certification in accordance with N.J.A.C. 6:11-3-1

• NJ Residency not required.

• Ability to maintain a positive learning environment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident status.

LOCATION: Kingwood Township School

ANTICIPATED START DATE: August 2025

• Provide support to students who are struggling with core academic skills like reading, writing, and math to help these students reach grade-level standards and achieve academic success. 

• Develop instructional goals and specific instructional objectives for each student selected for remedial teaching.

• Plan class activities and lesson presentations that are age-appropriate for the student or group of students, and that meet the individual needs, interests and ability levels of all pupils.

• Monitor pupil academic progress and personal growth toward stated objectives of instruction.

• Collaborate with other teachers, specialists, and support staff to ensure student success. 

• Ability to maintain a positive learning environment

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• NJ Residency not required.

• Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident status.
